Staff was great. The food was hot and fresh. And quick for a Whataburger restaurant.
Ordered online from Door Dash- receipt was right, but order was wrong. Ordered grilled onions- extra price- there were 5 little tiny pieces. Ordered onion rings- got fries. Ordered Mush Swiss- 5 tiny mushrooms. Ordered no mustard- got mustard- there’s a theme here..
5 stars for fantastic friendly service but 2 suggestions:1. Please leave the shells out of the cooked eggs. It ruins my sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It happens multiple times a week at this location. 2. Put napkins in the drive thru bags! I never get napkins unless I ask. Ugh!
With everything going on this place had OUTSTANDING SERVICE. we are truck drivers and wanted to get a quick meal, the lady by drive thru thoroughly explained what and how to go about it and the person taking the order was VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL. KUDDOS TO HELPING TRUCK DRIVERS GET A GOOD MEAL!! THANK YOU!! <3
If you ever come to this area you gotta try whataburger. So many combinations to choose from superb tasting food! The staff at this particular store are very friendly and they do a great job!

This is what you get when you order taquitos from this Whataburger on Bluemound Rd. I have frequented this location for a couple of weeks now. These taquitos barely have 1/4 to 1/2 and egg on here and the sad part about it is this is the average serving for their taquitos lately. I'm pretty much done with this location.
I give the WHATABURGER located at 5455 Blue Mound Rd, Saginaw, TX 76106 FIVE STARS. The West Coast has no Whatabuger and because of that I tried another spot while I'm here in Texas... This spot has a great staff and WHATABURGER. â 5ï¸âƒ£ 🇺🇸
Really like how the drive thru moved. Theres nothing worse than a long line of cars not moving. You always get 5 stars for speed and accuracy.
Friendly and fast staff but the chicken tenders were sooooooooo small. 3 for $4.09 was kinda of a rip-off
Service was good, but my order was completely wrong even after I repeated the order twice and the manager also repeated the order himself. Either staff can't follow a simple direction or my order went to some else and they also hot the wrong order. Organizational skills are needed.
I just ordered the Whataburger Jr what a big disappointment. Won't make that choice again.
I came here around 2 a.m. on a Sunday. I was the third car in line and it moved quickly. My order was correct and fresh. The young man that took my order and was at the window was kind, professional and efficient. I enjoy Whataburger and haven't had the best experiences at times, however this night was a great experience. Thank you Whataburger on Blue Mound Rd!
I always order the #2 combo meal: no onions, both mayo and mustard Whata-sized!!! They always make it right! Hot, Fresh and delicious! Best Burgers in the Business!!!

Great burgers, but why are they always cold before you get home?
Generally this location is good. Today, it was not. I was in the A line. The B line filled and cleared twice before my line even moved. Never knew why. Burger was undercooked, fries were cold, and it was very clearly thrown together. Not too sure about this morning, but I expect better from this location in general.
Great food at a great price! The staff here is very friendly. They welcome you with a smile. If you eat here often enough they remember you - making your dinner experience a personable event. Their burgers are just great!
I just had the worst breakfast here from anywhere that I’ve been. The chicken was practically all the crispy, greasy skin there was no meat. The paper that the chicken biscuit was wrapped in smelled horrible so it also made the food smell. I barely took one bite and couldn’t even finish. Will definitely not be going back to this location.

I used to love this place! Been coming here as long as I can remember. Now I find out they are pre-making the burger patties, bad move Whataburger!!! The freshness is what I really loved about them. I didnt mind waiting for my food because it was fresh and hot. My burger today was neither. The bacon was flimsy, looked like it was made a long time before I got there. The bun was cold and kinda soggie. The only thing that was hot were the fries. You have lost me and my family as customers. I thought this day would never come. Shame on you for cutting corners, like I said before, bad move Whataburger. You'll never get a penny from me again.
It was pretty good as a whole including ,service, appearance of employees as well as bathrooms and dining room. My order was both fast and correct the lady behind the counter by far exceeded my expectations! She checked on our table when we got our food. The most impressive part is it was around 1 AM on a Saturday! ✨ðŸ™
I come here almost every morning before work. Gonna start going somewhere else! They ask if I want picante and not give me any after I get to work and open the bag! Also no napkins ever! Get it together! Super annoying!

I love this place! The employee's are always so nice. I love that the app let's me make my orders simple and quick! It's right down the road so its convenient as well. I like getting all the deals and coupons that come with the app as well. I always take advantage! 🙂
Whataburger was new to me and I must say ..I was very satisfied and happy. The Burgers were freshly cooked, the French Fries were hot and well seasoned. I will be going back when visiting Texas again in the future
The only location that I'll go to near my apt. I always have a special order and 98% of the time they get it correct. If not they've always fix it with a smile and apologize. Much better people and service than the other location has that's the same distance but in the opposite direction from where I live.
This is a very high quality and well managed whataburger. Every time I have visited this particular establishment, they they always have multiple people check the order before it comes our to my vehicle and the order is always right; I have to say, that is pure amazing when it comes to almost all fast food establishments I've visited. Not only are the orders correct, they are always fresh and taken care of in the production assembly; the order makes it to you in way that doesn't appear as if an elephant sat on top of it before exiting the window. Lastly, I never leave this establishment without napkins, straws, ketchup, and/or other accessories.

Stopped for a few taquitos. They were micro small and the tortillas were hard and crusty. Very disappointed in this visit.
Clean, order taken quickly despite the long line (it was noon), friendly staff, order brought to me in timely manner, was offered ketchup etc, table was clean, and they even got my tray for me when I was finished eating. Bathroom was clean as well. Would recommend to anyone.
Drive through was way faster than going inside which is what I did.ugh

It was all good. They Made sure I no longer needed mustard versus other toppings I had added. Burgers really good. I definitely will return.
A Texas tradition one that I love. It is also one of our favorites, we eat Whataburger at least 3 times a month. Whether breakfast , unch or dinner always delicious always big portions always WhataBurger.
This is ridiculous at this place almost 20 min in drive thru line and people in the 2md lane that came after us , 2 cars already have gotten their food , all I ordered was a drink and a taquito , other day I came inside ordered the same exact thing and it took just as long , they need to fix this issue this is uncalled for , for it to be this damn slow

Fast service online ordering was fulfilled on time
So I'd ordered a #16 and #26 and I asked for an extra sausage, I wait in the drive thru for a good minute, I leave and as soon as I get on the highway home I notice they didn't give me the sausage I paid for. I called and spoke to Dan, and I had requested a refund for the missing item so I didn't have to turn back around. He told me he couldn't do refunds over the phone, and I had to bring the food back. How inconvenient. So I turn around and go back and speak to Matthew R. He tells me its company policy about the refund over the phone thing. Fine but he said they had to check the food. Why? To make sure I'm not lying about not getting my extra sausage? I requested my whole order refunded, they wasted food, lost a bit of money and 2 customers. I didn't even get an apology or an offer to get my sausage they left out. They wanted to check my food! Never again will I go here again. Ever. It has been a while since I visited this place and now I remembered why.
Service stood out first and foremost. Fast and friendly staff. Food was good. Patty melt was tasty.
I have been a loyal customer of this location (820/Blue Mound) for 20 years and have spent a small fortune here but those days are coming to an end. I have seen dozens of crews come and go from this location and most of them have been great. Currently that is not the case. The morning employees bicker with one another in front of customers and some are downright rude (except for Patricia!). Their current focus seems to be drive through customers only. I get my orders to go but prefer to order inside at the front counter. While only having three dine-in customers each time, I have had a sausage BOB take 16 minutes to get out and an order of pancakes take 17 minutes. During these visits there were numerous drive through customers who received their orders in a timely manner. I think focus needs to be more balanced between drive through and dine-in customers along with some customer service training.
I didn't have time to return the chicken sandwich I received in place of the breakfast on a bun I asked for. I had to eat it or go hungry because of my time restraint. The sauce was not what I like.
